Ever since I was a child, I have been very interested in music and art. After my schooldays in Amsterdam I decided to study opera singing at the Musikhochschule (College of Music) in Lübeck. After having completed my studies I sang successfully as a soloist at several opera houses such as Saarbrücken, Cologne, Mannheim, Bonn and Berlin.
In addition to my career as an opera singer, I have always been interested in computers, especially in the creative potential presented by certain software programs. After 15 intensive years as an opera singer, I went for a complete new change and decided to retrain as an IT specialist (Fachinformatikerin). As soon as I completed this interesting education successfully I started working in the in-house design department of a worldwide operating management consultancy, KPMG / BearingPoint. Here I was responsible for PowerPoint presentations, photo editing, graphics design, text layout, the design of interactive CD’s and maintenance of websites. Simultaneously I graduated as web designer at a distance learning institution and now rightly call myself a professional for desktop publishing, PowerPoint and web design.
Having been employed for years at a large international enterprise, now is the time to establish my own business. I am looking forward to implementing my technical skills and creativity for you and your company.
